Big Controversy: Video Shows Tesla Fooled Into Crashing Through a Wall
Posted by: LevelUP - 03-24-2025, 05:20 AM - Forum: Off Topic - Replies (6)

Beyond the all-out war from the left targeting Tesla, there's a YouTube video from a creator with over 65 million subscribers showing a Tesla being tricked into crashing into a wall.

This may raise concerns among current and prospective Tesla owners about the reliability of Full Self-Driving (FSD) and the future of this technology.

Retested: Can You Fool A Self-Driving Car?

Mark Rober has a relationship with Luminar LiDAR.

Several scenes showing Luminar employees and corresponding branding raise the question of whether this is paid advertising.

Elon has said that only losers use LiDAR. While LiDAR has its uses, it has many limitations and cannot be solely relied upon for full self-driving.

  B.A CS at TESU
Posted by: Andrew1320 - 03-23-2025, 06:48 PM - Forum: TESU - Thomas Edison State University Discussion - Replies (7)

I registered with TESU but was unaware I would only receive two free transcript evaluations. I intended to enroll in one TECEP to maintain transcript evaluations; however, I've seen in other posts that I would need to complete the TECEP to receive another course evaluation. I aim to complete all courses through SDC and EDX, then enroll in TESU to complete the capstone. I want reassurance that my SDC and Sohpia courses will transfer. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Looking for opinions on the M.Ed.
Posted by: soba - 03-22-2025, 09:08 AM - Forum: UoPeople - University of the People Discussion - Replies (1)

I am considering enrolling in UoPeople's M. Ed. What are your opinions on this program? I am currently working outside education. My use case for this degree would be to launch a new career as an international IB teacher in Asia or Africa.

How heavy is the course workload? How bad are the group projects? Do they expect you to have access to a K-12 classroom for research?

  Physics master in Europe
Posted by: soba - 03-22-2025, 08:51 AM - Forum: Graduate School Discussion - Replies (1)

Hi,

I'm interested in doing a master of science in physics by distance learning. I am only looking at programs in the EU due to costs. I have found one program at the Linnaeus University, Sweden.

https://lnu.se/en/programme/physics-mast...al-autumn/

The program offers the option of a 60 ECTS research thesis which seems really interesting to me.

Any other suggestions?

Business In Society TECEP Study Materials
Posted by: MoeSizzle323 - 03-21-2025, 11:31 PM - Forum: CLEP, DSST, and TECEP Exam Discussion. Also Modern States and InstantCert. - Replies (2)

I just passed Managerial Communications 373 using the cheapest version of Study .com, the guide touched on mostly everything and I have manager experience. I am about to cancel my subscription for now since I don't see any for Business in Society 311. To those that have taken BUS-311 TECEP, what worked for you? I want to breeze through it and will probably schedule it next week. Working on Capstone for Health Services Technology BS to finally be done by May. Any study material would be appreciated, I avoid books if I can help it and prefer quizzes or videos but open to any material relevant. Thank you!

Is there a sub-thread somewhere with general advice and guidance on how to best succeed with different Sophia courses?  I'd want to reinvent the wheel if the info is already out there... thanks
