Loving it so far, clean interface, the videos are downloadable, and it's very organized. The videos usually range from 3 to 10 minutes, though sometimes they hit 20 minutes.

I started using Udacity to upskill, so I said might as well do the masters program! I didn't do the credit exemption because I wanted to do all the courses.

I've applied to UNISA's Public Policy and International Affairs program with a research proposal geared towards their Security and Intelligence cluster, but I'm curious what else is out there in this vein. 

O.P. Jindal, for example, only offers this type of degree at the Master's level and Zimbabwe Open University has a Peace and Conflict Master's that may or may not segue into their broad departmental PhD program (Zimbabwe Open University's website is also shoddily designed, and the reputation of the country itself, has been discussed extensively on the sister forum, may be a count against it). There is EUCLID but per another thread its accreditation and history both come across as very sketchy from outside.

Hi all, 

I was hoping to get some advice/thoughts on the path I should take moving forward.   I had previously (after coming here, thank you again for the previous advice) planned to complete a criminal justice degree given my previous schooling.   I had to take a rather lengthy pause due to unforeseen circumstances but I am ready to start back up (today). I have a fine job, but wanted to get a degree to build up my resume for future movement. Due to this being more of a 'check the box' I was rethinking of doing a more general degree that I can get quick/easy.  I have been leaning towards doing UMPI BLS Management, as it seems like a good option for what I am looking for.   If there are better options, I am all ears.

Well, I messed up. I need to get all my pre rec for nursing school done ASAP. 
I was mostly going to get it all done by Fall, 2027.  So, I have until then to get:

- Medical terminology -3 credits
- Biology- 4 credits
- College Algebra - 3 credits
- A/P -5 credits
- Nutrition - 3 credits
- Chemistry - 4 credits 
- Statistics- 3 credits
- microbiology - 4 credits
                                             and the hard one to find
-Pathophysiology - 3 credits


I am wanting to go to Hesston Community College in Hesston, Kansas for their Register Nurse Batchlor program Fall 2027. That's 35 credits! And all hard Science and Math classes but nutrition and medical terminology. Is this possible? Should I do Fall of 2028? Where can I get the classes done at. I want no deadlines or start/stop dates. Thanks.

I know a lot of you have not had good success getting into the program, but I want to thank those of you that mentioned it when it opened the first time.  Last week I completed everything and yesterday received the conferral letter and official transcript showing completion.  I am in Texas which may be why I was able to get into the first group.

This has opened new doors for me at work allowed me to enter new programs along with receiving an extra stipend.

Thanks to some help here on the forums and the facebook group, it was discovered that the second CBE Masters degree at East Texas A&M was announced today. 

Similar to the Master of Education, the MS in Public Safety has 2 concentrations: Disaster Preparedness Emphasis and Corporate Training and Development Emphasis.
